Shipping

I will ship out orders within 24 - 48 hours of purchase. Once I have taken it to the post office, it is no longer in my control. Delivery issues should be reported to USPS, but I am also diligent in checking the tracking numbers as well and will do my part.

I do not offer full refunds. I will redeliver, but you must pay shipping again. Thank you so much for your understanding!

All orders come with tracking and will be given to you. If you haven’t received your tracking, please contact me at seekmysol@gmail.com with your order information.

Estimated delivery time:

  • USA: 3 - 7 days after shipping

  • International: 4+ weeks, varying

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations/Refunds

I do not accept returns, cancellations (after having it shipped) and exchanges. No exceptions. All orders are final. In case of refunds, I will only partially refund you if I receive the package back (due to wrong address, etc) - the shipping will not be refunded. Cancellations before shipping can happen. If you ever have a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me at seekmysol@gmail.com. I will do my best to assist you. Thank you kindly for your understanding!

Please contact me as soon as possible! I usually like to wait 24-48 hours before packing and shipping the order in case there may be any issues that arises.
